Who we are
Cavendish Advocacy excels in the art of making progress through persuasion, effecting the change you want to see in a hyperconnected, political world.
We combine insight with influence, and creativity with connections, to help your ideas change other people’s minds – when change matters most.
Initially tasked with providing stakeholder engagement backing at a local level to support development sites, the brief developed to become a national public affairs programme, focused on raising Stonewater’s profile with political stakeholders in Westminster and influencing the direction of Government policy.
We have worked with them to develop key messaging, collateral, relationships and tactics to create noise around the policy change, bringing it from a niche issue affecting small breweries to become a campaign that has garnered attention from across the political divide and rattled the Treasury’s cage.
Communities that work
Cavendish Advocacy helps position Communities that Work as the voice of housing associations who deliver employment support, raise the organisation’s profile within government and the social housing sector, and increase membership. We also help secure greater recognition for the work that housing associations do regarding employment support.
